Shipping within Canada
Free shipping on orders over $399. All orders ship tracked from our clinic in Langley, BC.
Orders are prepared within 2-3 business days and usually arrive within 7-10 business days. Processing may take longer during sales and holiday launches. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once your order is with the carrier.

Local pick-up
Where offered at checkout, you can pick up your order at the clinic: Unit 205, 9084 Glover Road, Langley, BC V1M 0E6. We will email you when it is ready.

Check your address
Please check your shipping address carefully. Once an order has shipped it cannot be redirected. If you notice an error, contact us right away.

Route package protection
We offer Route package protection at checkout, and adding it is the customer's responsibility. Raw Canvas Skin + Wellness is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit and does not offer replacements. Protected orders are claimed directly through Route; unprotected orders must be claimed through the shipping carrier.

Duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
