Laser treatment on the Cutera excel V+, which uses 532 nm and 1064 nm wavelengths to reach vessels near the surface and deeper in the skin. The vessel is gently closed and the body clears it over the following weeks. Little downtime; temporary redness, swelling or light bruising can occur. Most patients need 1-3 sessions. Larger, bulging veins need a medical referral instead. Results vary; consultation required.
