Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 19 years and older: Mix 9 grams (approx. one scoop) in 8 oz of water, once per day, immediately before consumption and consume up to 1 hour before or during a workout or as directed by a health care practitioner. Ask a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
