Includes methylated folate and B12, and the RDA of iron for pregnancy in a non-constipating, chelated form

The nutrients found in this formula complement an average diet to support a healthy pregnancy and optimal fetal development. Its formulation was guided by the established Dietary Reference Intakes, along with the average nutrient consumption and common nutrient inadequacies seen in Western diets.

Application

Recommended Dose: Adult females 19 years and older: Take two capsules twice a day with meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.

Risk Information: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer or if you are taking blood thinners. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs.
