These vegetarian microbial-based enzymes may be especially helpful for breaking down plant foods (such as grains, beans, and dairy) that are commonly associated with digestive discomfort.

Application

Recommended Dose: Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 to 4 capsules per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take with or immediately before food. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.
