Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 18 years and older: Take one softgel 1 to 2 times per day with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
Risk Information: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to Lamiaceae family plants. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset.
