This technology delivers niacin in a continuous, controlled rate over a 6 to 8 hour period throughout the tablet’s transit time in the bowel. Flushing sometimes happens with time-release niacin, as there can be fairly large surges of niacin released intermittently. However, flushing is less likely with controlled-release niacin. This product may be beneficial for healthy lipid metabolism.

Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 19 years and older: Take one tablet per day with a meal; do not exceed the recommended dose except on the advice of a health care practitioner.
Risk Information: People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
