Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects on cognitive function.
Risk Information: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a bleeding disorder or are taking anti-coagulants/blood thinners. Do not take other health products containing vitamin B12. Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anxiolytics, MAO inhibitors, antidepressant medications, phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4) inhibitors, or if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Some people may experience anxiety/nervousness, increased appetite, nausea or headache.
