Synergistic combination of lipoic acid and taurine
Lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing compound that helps recycle key antioxidants (including glutathione, vitamins C and E, and coenzyme Q10) to support the body’s defenses against oxidative stress. It also promotes healthy glucose metabolism. Although the body can synthesize small amounts, taurine is considered conditionally essential during times of stress, illness, or increased demand.

Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule two times per day with food, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
