Application
Recommended Dose: Ask a health care practitioner if this product is appropriate for you before use. Adults 19 years and older: Take two capsules twice daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 3 months, consult a health care practitioner.
Risk Information: Do not use this product if you are allergic to shellfish, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver or biliary disorder, if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, if you are taking prescription medication as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications, if you are taking blood thinners, or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble.
