Supports digestive comfort, proper nutrient absorption, and healthy digestion of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates with digestive enzymes, betaine HCl, and ox bile.

This product contains the special protease dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP IV), which aids in the breakdown of the peptides gluteomorphin (from gluten) and casomorphin (from casein). Digestzymes™ also includes the enzyme lactase, which helps break down the dairy sugar, lactose. The use of Digestzymes™ before meals may be helpful for those who experience gas and bloating after eating, occasional constipation, or a feeling of fullness after eating only a small quantity of food.

Application

Recommended Dose: Adults (18 years and over): Take one capsule with a meal (up to 2 times per day) or as directed by a health care practitioner. Ask a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Risk Information: Do not use if you suffer from gastric reflux, if you have gastrointestinal lesions or ulcers, if you have liver, gastrointestinal tract or gallbladder disorders or bowel obstruction, if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction. Ask a health care practitioner before use if you have diabetes, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking blood thinners or anti-inflammatory agents, if you are having surgery, or if you have excess stomach acid. Stop use if gastrointestinal disturbance or hypersensitivity occurs.
