Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 18 and older: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Avoid taking before bedtime. Take as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
Risk Information: Do not use if you are pregnant, or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney, liver or cardiovascular disorder, or if you are taking heart medications, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other health products that may contribute to electrolyte imbalance, or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you have a liver disorder, if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills, if you have diabetes or any type of acute infection or if you are taking blood thinners or digoxin. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort including abdominal rumbling, soft stools, or slight constipation. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
