Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 50-100 mg, 2-3 times per day and slowly increase to the effective dose over a 2-week period. Take with food. Use for at least 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Risk Information: Do not use if you have scleroderma, or if you are taking antidepressants. Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a psychological disorder such as anxiety or depression, if you are taking carbidopa or health products with serotonergic activity such as mood balance supplements, cough medication containing dextromethorphan, pain killers or medications for nausea or migraine. Ask a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. When using this product you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort; exercise caution while driving or using machinery as you may experience drowsiness. Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if you experience skin hardening, pain or stiffness of muscles or joints, tremors, agitation/confusion, or an increased heart rate.
