Gut and Nutrition Assessment

At Raw Canvas, we offer two specialized consultations led by Holistic Health & Wellness Nurse, Taylor Robinson. The Gut + Nutrition Assessment  helps ease bloating, IBS, and food sensitivities while connecting gut health to skin wellness and our Nutrition & Macro Coaching Consultation provides personalized plans and accountability for weight management, fat loss, or muscle gain.

Gut + Nutrition Assessment 

Our 30–45 minute Gut Reset Consultation is ideal for anyone experiencing bloating, constipation, IBS, diarrhea, food intolerances, or general inflammation, and for those wanting a better understanding of how food affects their body. This consultation helps you feel lighter, more energised, knowledgeable, comfortable, and in tune with your body. Led by Holistic Health & Wellness Nurse, Taylor Robinson, the session includes a review of your digestion, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors, and explores how your gut may be affecting your skin, including inflammatory skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and more. This gives you clarity and confidence in supporting both your gut and overall wellness. The appointment fee is $150, with $50 redeemable toward the purchase of products on the day of your visit. 

Initial Nutrition & Macro Coaching Consultation 

Our 45–60 minute Nutrition & Macro Coaching Consultation is perfect for clients focused on weight management, fat loss, or muscle gain, and for anyone looking for accountability and structured guidance with a bit more hand-holding. Led by Holistic Health & Wellness Nurse, Taylor Robinson, the session includes a review of your current nutrition, lifestyle habits, and goals, and guidance to build a plan that supports your objectives, while providing consistent check-ins and support to help you stay on track. This consultation is ideal for those who want both guidance and encouragement as they work toward their health and performance goals. The appointment fee is $250, with $100 redeemable toward the purchase of products on the day of your visit. 

Following your assessment, our Patient Care Coordinator will schedule a four-week follow-up appointment to monitor the progress of your health.
