Choline is a vitamin-like, essential nutrient that is similar in structure to other B vitamins and must be consumed in the diet to maintain optimal health. It is an essential structural component of all cell membranes, which is involved in many bodily processes, including normal metabolism, methylation, and neurotransmitter production. TMG, also known as betaine, is also an important cofactor in methylation, which is a process that occurs in all cells, and is required for cardiovascular and cognitive health.

Application
Recommended Dose: Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Risk Information: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your health care practitioner that you are taking this product, as it provides biotin in amounts which may interfere with laboratory tests.
