Our Gallery

Raw Canvas is an art house. Not only is our paint-pit filled with an ever-changing array of paintings created by the public, but our walls are adorned with the works of talented local and international professional artists. The gallery walls play host to a new artist each month, and all of the works, both current and past, are available for purchase and rent. Check our calendar for upcoming exhibitions.

Art Rentals

Artwork can be rented to individuals or companies for a percentage of the total retail cost. Check out our art rentals section for more information.

Shipping

We provide packing and crating services and arrange shipping worldwide. We understand the fragile nature of artwork and package and crate accordingly. Note for Art Collectors living outside of Canada: original artwork by a living Canadian artist is exempt from sales tax when shipped out of Canada.

Submissions

We are interested in contemporary media including painting, printmaking, drawing, mixed media and photography.

Raw Canvas welcomes submissions from artists seeking representation throughout the year. We accept proposals for single exhibitions, as well as for gallery representation.

Due to the cost involved in producing and mailing printed submissions, the gallery encourages email submissions. Please ensure your email subject line reads “Portfolio Submission”.
